A focus on search

Based on user research findings, it was revealed that there was a notable lack of confidence among users when it came to locating and ordering the correct part. To enhance trust in the ordering process, we proposed the implementation of an enhanced search experience that minimizes any potential obstacles or difficulties.

Flexibility for scalability

Our objective was to develop a solution that could be easily expanded as needed. We specifically crafted it with the flexibility of customizable templates in mind, enabling each of SRAM's brands to stand out and make a lasting impression.

Pro recommendations

In our preliminary research, we uncovered an insight that individuals seeking information about cycling turned to fellow biking enthusiasts for guidance. Based on that finding, we proposed the development of compelling content aimed at assisting users in refining their search based on insights from respected members of the cycling community.
